How to buy

Purchasing products on our website is very easy, fast and safe. Just follow the steps below:

STEP 1 - Adding a product to the order

  • When you find the product(s) you are interested in, choose their features (when applicable) such as model, size, color, etc.
  • Add the product(s) by clicking the "BUY" or "ADD" button. You will be directed to the shopping cart page.
  • Check your order information to see if you found everything you were looking for. If not, you can return to the store by clicking 'Continue Shopping'.
  • To change the quantity of the product you must enter the quantity in the quantity column and then click update.
  • To remove the product from the order, click on the ( X ) in delete.
  • To continue, click 'Close purchase'.

STEP 2 - Registration

  • If this is your first order in our store, fill in the details in the option I am not registered.
  • Once this is done, you will be taken through a quick registration process and then returned to the order completion steps.
  • If you are already a customer, enter your details in the option I am already registered to log in and continue completing the order.

STEP 3 - Confirmation of delivery address

  • At this stage, the delivery address(es) already registered will appear.
  • Shipping options will appear on your order. Shipping is free on purchases over R$250, sent via PAC. We also offer Sedex, paid by the customer, when available.

STEP 4 - Payment option and order completion

  • At this stage, you must confirm your payment option. You can choose between: credit card in up to 6 installments, PagSeguro in up to 3 installments, or cash with a 5% discount – direct debit or bank slip.
  • Choose the payment method, fill in the details when necessary (card, PagSeguro) and click on 'Finalize purchase'.
  • After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Depending on availability, your order may be shipped within 5 business days. Delivery times are those provided by the Brazilian Post Office.
