1.1. The “Nob Multisports Portal” is the name given to the e-commerce website, whose domain is www.nobmultisports.com.
1.2. All those who in any way access the Nob Multisports Portal (www.nobmultisports.com), whether customers, suppliers or not, are classified as “internet users”.
1.3. All people who purchase products offered by the Nob Multisports Portal are classified as “customers”.
1.4. All people who register on the Nob Multisports Portal and receive an individual and exclusive identification are classified as “users”.
1.5. Individual identification is understood as any information that is not available to the general public and is individually assigned to a specific customer/user. Examples of individual identification data include CPF (Brazilian Social Security Number) or CNPJ (Brazilian Corporate Taxpayer Registry) numbers, contact information, and billing information.
2.1. One of Nob Multisports' main guidelines is respect for the individual. Therefore, the Nob Multisports Portal is committed to keeping your personal information strictly confidential, linking it solely to your registration and using it only for:
a) Deliver and bill for products and services purchased on our Portal, as well as identify the respective recipient;
b) Obtain generic statistics to identify the profile of our customers and develop our campaigns;
c) Maintenance of data and customer relationship actions, as well as the continuous improvement of the service provided by the Nob Multisports Portal;
d) Resolution of any legal issues related to the Portal.
2.2. The information requested from users is the minimum necessary for the Nob Multisports Portal to achieve its main purpose, which is to provide consumers with another way to make purchases from Nob Multisports.
2.3. The user guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the information and data provided to the Nob Multisports Portal, assuming the corresponding responsibility if such information is inaccurate, and undertakes to keep it updated. 4.2. Cookies allow us to recognize computers accessing websites and track user navigation within our website, customizing it to each customer's profile. Cookies do not store any personal information; they only contain the user's login details. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, or you can configure your internet browser to reject cookies. Please note, however, that this may limit some functionality of the Nob Multisports Portal.
5.1. Without prejudice to the other provisions described in this policy, the user declares to be aware of and agree that the Nob Multisports Portal may use the information collected for the following general purposes:

However, considering that no security system is absolutely secure, Nob Multisports disclaims any liability for any damages and/or losses resulting from viruses, intrusions into the Nob Multisports Portal, its database, and other related failures, except in cases of willful misconduct or negligence on the part of Nob Multisports.
6.2. Nob Multisports professionals are aware of this policy and only qualified and authorized personnel are allowed to access users' personal data collected on the Portal, under penalty of disciplinary action in the event of violation of the rules set forth herein.
7.1. The Nob Multisports Portal uses the most modern security measures to protect your personal information, restricting access to it to authorized personnel only.
7.2 To this end, the Nob Multisports Portal uses a modern encryption security system for internet transactions, which makes it a secure point on the world wide web.
7.3. Each time a user accesses the Nob Multisports Portal, a new encryption key is created between their computer and the Portal, preventing others from intercepting the transaction through computer programs. 9.2 Communications, newsletters, offer notices, and advertising messages sent by email must include an option to unsubscribe from receiving that type of message from the Portal. The request will be fulfilled within the minimum time necessary to complete this process.
9.3 Opt-out is done via the user's email, therefore users who have more than one registration may continue to receive communications or advertising messages in the email that was not unsubscribed.
9.4 Email sending services are carried out by the Nob Multisports Portal, which will use its own servers to send emails.
10.1 Nob Multisports may have links to other external websites whose content and privacy policies are not its responsibility. Therefore, we recommend that, when redirected to external websites, users always consult the respective privacy policies before providing their data or information.
11.1. The Multisports Portal reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time with a view to its constant improvement and enhancement, and any changes will be duly notified on our website.
11.2. By using our services, the user agrees and accepts the terms of the privacy policy in force on the date and, therefore, must check it beforehand each time they visit this Portal.
12.1 This privacy policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Nob Multisports Portal.
13.1 This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Its text shall be interpreted in Portuguese, and users of the Nob Multisports Portal shall submit it to the Court of the District of the Capital of the State of Santa Catarina.
